Air fry Lemongrass Pork chop

Air fry Lemongrass Pork chop Author: Neliza Ly Ingredients: 4 pcs. Pork chop Marinade: 2 tbsp. lemon grass, minced 2 tbsp. garlic, minced 1 small shallot, minced 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 2 tbsp. fish sauce 2 tbsp. soy sauce or maggi seasoning 2 tbsp. honey or granulated sugar 2 tbsp. green onion/scallion 1 tsp. ground black pepper Instructions: In a bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients. Rinse pork chop and place into a large Ziploc. Pour the marinade over the pork and toss to evenly coat the pork. Marinate for at least 6 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Line airfryer mesh with parchment paper.  Place the pork in the airfryer mesh. Set Breville Smart Oven Air to Air fry mode. Air fry at 400F for 20 minutes total, flip pork after 10 minutes. Let the pork rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with scallion oil if you like.

Air fry Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies Author: Neliza Ly Equipment: Breville smart Oven Air Measuring spoon Measuring cup Weighing scale Stand Mixer Ingredients: 1 ½ cups (276 grams) packed brown sugar 2 tbsp. (30 ml) blackstrap molasses 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened 1 tsp. Vanilla extract 1 large egg 4 pack (115 grams) Instant oats original (I use Quaker brand) 1 ½ cups (198 grams) All Purpose flour 1 tsp. (3 grams) Baking soda 1 cup (175 grams) Chocolate Chips (I use Ghirardelli premium baking chocolate chips) Instructions: In a large bowl, mix brown sugar, blackstrap molasses and butter until blended. Beat in vanilla and egg until light and creamy. Add oats, all-purpose flour and baking soda and mix until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or freeze for 15 minutes. Scoop a tablespoon of dough onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper 2 inches apart. ( Set your Breville smart Oven air at 350F airfryer mode. Place pan at level 5 and air

Instant Pot Mashed Potatoes Author: Neliza Ly Equipment: Instant Pot Measuring spoon Measuring cup Ingredients: 8 medium russet potatoes, peeled and sliced 4 cups water to cover potatoes 2 tsp. salt, divided 4 tbsp. unsalted butter ¼ tsp. black pepper ½ tsp. garlic powder ½ cup warm milk Instructions: Place potatoes into the Instant Pot. Add 4 cups of water and 1 tsp. salt. Set the Instant Pot on Manual Mode, High Pressure for 8 minutes, Quick Release. Drain and return potatoes into the Instant Pot. Add the remaining 1 tsp. salt, unsalted butter, pepper, garlic powder and warm milk. Mash until smooth and creamy. Serve with parsley if desired.

This is our favorite cookies at home. Air fry Family’s Favorite Chocolate Cookies Author: Neliza Ly Equipment: Breville Smart Oven Air Measuring spoon Measuring cup Hand Mixer Ingredients: 1 cup + 2 tbsp. All Purpose Flour 2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder ½ tsp. baking soda ¼ tsp. salt 1 stick unsalted butter, soften ¾ cup brown sugar, packed 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 XL egg Instructions: Mix and sift flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt and set aside. Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add vanilla and egg and mix at low speed until incorporated. Add dry mixture and mix until blended. Scoop a tablespoon of cookie dough and place into a cookie sheet/pan lined with parchment paper. Set your Breville Smart Oven Air at 325F. Place your pan at air fryer level/level 3 and cook for 10 minutes. Let it cool for 2 to 5 minutes before eating. Enjoy.

Equipment: Breville Smart Oven Air Bundt pan Stand Mixer Weighing scale Measuring spoon Ingredients: ½ cup + 1/8 cup (80 grams) cake flour 1 tbsp. (14 grams) ube powder 1 tsp. (3 grams) baking powder 1/8 tsp. salt 160 ml coconut milk ½ cup + 1/8 cup (118 grams) granulated sugar 1/8 cup (2 tbsp.) vegetable oil ¼ tsp. ube extract 4 egg yolks (large eggs)  4 egg white (large eggs) ¼ tsp. cream of tartar Instructions: Cook coconut milk and half of sugar over medium heat. One of my kids favorite soup. My kids request this soup every week. My kids love to eat our homegrown bokchoy. Instant Pot Chicken Soup or Nilagang Manok Author: Neliza Ly Equipment: Instant Pot Measuring spoon Measuring cup Weighing scale Ingredients: 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 6 pieces Chicken thighs or Chicken legs 6 cups water 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 regular onion, diced 3 thumbs ginger, sliced 1 chicken Knorr bouillon 2 tbsp. fish sauce (I use three crabs brand)  ½ tsp. black pepper 2 potatoes, peeled and cut into quarter or 1 small green papaya  bokchoy or pepper leaves Instructions: Set the Instant Pot on sauté mode. Sauté garlic, onion and ginger for 2 minutes until fragrant. Add chicken and sauté for a few minutes. Add water, chicken knorr, fish sauce, black pepper into the Instant Pot.   Air fry Filipino Pandesal   Author: Neliza Ly Ingredients: Dough: 210 ml (1 cup)warm Milk 1 large egg 433 grams (3 1/3 cups) Bread Flour 50 grams (3 ½ tbsp.) Granulated Sugar 5 grams (1 tsp.) salt 2 oz. (4 tbsp.) Unsalted butter, cut into small pieces 3 grams (1 tsp.) Instant Dry Yeast (I use Fleischmann’s brand) Toppings: Bread Crumbs  Instructions: Place all dough ingredients in a bread maker in order.  Select dough setting. (approx.: 1 hour 30 minutes) When cycle is done, remove the dough from the pan. Divide the dough into 16 equal pieces and shape into a ball. Dip the top part into a breadcrumbs. Place the dough in a pan lined with parchment paper. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and allow to rest for 20 to 30 minutes. Remove the plastic wrap.  Air fry at 330F for 12 minutes until the top looks brown. If you don’t have an air fryer, bake at 350F for 15 minutes. Enjoy.

Air fry Chicken legs with lemongrass Author: Neliza Ly Equipment: Airfryer measuring spoon storage slider bag parchment paper Ingredients: 6 pieces chicken legs 1 tsp. minced garlic 1 tbsp. lemongrass, minced 2 tbsp. brown sugar 3 tbsp. maggi seasoning ½ tsp. black pepper 2 tbsp. green onion or scallion 1 tbsp. oil Instructions: Combine all the marinade ingredients. Place chicken into a large slider bag . Pour the marinade over chicken and toss evenly. Marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Line pan with parchment paper. Air fry at 400 F for 35 - 40 minutes. Enjoy.

This is my kids favorite chocolate cake. Air fry Chocolate Cake Author: Neliza Ly Equipment: Breville Smart Oven Air Measuring spoon Measuring cup Weighing scale Bundt pan Ingredients: 135 grams All Purpose Flour ¾ tsp. baking powder ¼ tsp. baking soda ¼ tsp. salt 32 grams unsweetened cocoa 177 grams granulated sugar ¼ cup unsalted butter, room temperature 32 grams vegetable oil 1 tsp. vanilla extract ½ cup whole milk ¼ cup water 2 XL eggs Instructions: In a large bowl, sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cocoa and sugar. Add butter and oil and mix at low speed for 2 minutes or more until the mixture looks sandy. In a separate bowl, combine vanilla, milk and water. Add to the dry ingredients and mix at low speed for 2 minutes. Add eggs and mix at medium speed for 3 minutes. Scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl and mix for 30 seconds. Grease and flour your Bundt pan  or 2 small round pan. Air fry at level 5 of your Breville at 35

Air fry Banana Chips Author: Neliza Ly Equipment: GoWise Air fryer 5.8 Breville Smart Oven Air Ingredients: 2 unripe plantain banana 1 freshly squeeze lemon juice + 1/2 cup water 2 tsp. turmeric powder 3 cup cold water Instructions: Peel plantain. Add water and turmeric in a bowl and mix. Soak plantain for 10 minutes. Pat dry and slice thinly approximately 1/8" and placed it in the lemon juice to prevent browning.  Spray banana with oil. Air fry at 350 F for 15 minutes . Don’t over crowd the banana. Shake with sugar or dip in melted sugar and store in Air tight container. Enjoy.

(25 grams) cornstarch 1 tsp. ground cinnamon ¾ cup (149 grams) granulated sugar 1 XL egg + 1 tbsp. water = egg wash 1 9.5” wide pie pan  Instructions: In a large bowl, Combine and toss 3 pints blueberries, ½ cup cake flour, 3 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 tsp. cinnamon and ¾ cup granulated sugar. Place first pie crust into a pie pan. Transfer blueberry mixture. Cut the second crust into 10 – 12 1-inch strips. Create a lattice crust over the top. Cut extra length and pinch the edges to seal. Air fry Flounder Fillet with Key lime and parmesan Author: Neliza Ly Equipment: Breville Smart Oven Air Ingredients: 3 flounder fillet Salt and pepper 1/3 cup parmesan 1/3 cup Italian style bread crumbs 4 tbsp. mayo 2 small key lime - juice Instructions: Season fish fillet with salt and pepper. Mix parmesan, bread crumbs, mayo and lime juice. Place fish fillet on a pan lined with parchment paper. Spread breadcrumbs mixture on top of fish fillet. Air fry fish fillet at 400F for 12 minutes. Enjoy.

Instant Pot Baby Back Ribs

I make 2 rack of Baby Back Ribs every week per kid’s request. This is one of their favorite way of cooking ribs. Instant Pot Baby Back Ribs Author: Neliza Ly Ingredients: 1 rack baby back ribs, cut into pieces 2 oz. Maggi seasoning 1 tbsp. (12 grams) vinegar 2 tbsp. (24 grams) annatto oil 3 cloves (11 grams) garlic, minced 1 tbsp. (15 grams) fresh ginger, grated 2 oz. water Annatto Oil: In a pot, heat ½ cup vegetable oil. Add 1 tbsp. annatto seeds. Turn off and remove the pot from heat. Leave annatto seeds for 10 minutes then discard seeds. You have annatto oil. Instructions: Parboil ribs for 10 minutes to remove impurities. Rinse with cold running water. Season the ribs with Maggi seasoning, vinegar, annatto oil, garlic and ginger. Mix well and set aside for 30 minutes. Place the ribs into the Instant pot. Add 2 oz. water. Set the Instant Pot on Manual mode, High Pressure for 15 minutes, 10 minutes NPR. Garnish with green onions. Serve with hot steamed

Bam-I is very common in our area as Ilonggo / Visayas Region. All the karenderia, school cafeteria and some of the restaurants serve Bam-I. Bam-I is also common with every celebration such as birthdays, Christmas and other holidays.  We have a belief that noodles give you long life. You can add chorizo bilbao on your Bam-I if you have it in your area.  You can also add shrimp if you like. I prefer to use Sauté Mode with Bam-I because there's 2 different kinds of noodle use in this ingredients and it will not come out good and one of the noodles will become mushy if I cook it on High Pressure. Air fry Lasagna Author: Neliza Ly Equipment: measuring spoon measuring cup 9x13 baking dish Breville Smart Oven Air Ingredients: 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 shallot, diced 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 lb. ground chicken 2 oz. chicken broth 24 oz. pasta sauce 1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped 30 oz. original ricotta cheese 4 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded 1 XL egg 2 tbsp. parsley, chopped 9 pcs. oven ready lasagna Instructions: Meat sauce: Sauté garlic, shallot and ground chicken for 5 minutes until brown. Add chicken broth, pasta sauce and parsley. Simmer and cook for 5 minutes. Set it aside. Cheese sauce: In a bowl, combine 30 oz. ricotta cheese, 1 cup (4 oz.) mozzarella, egg and Parsley. Mix well and set it aside. Lasagna: Spread 1 ½ cup meat sauce in the bottom of 9x13 baking dish. Add 3 oven ready lasagna noodles, spread 1 cup meat sauce, sprinkle 1 cup mozzarella and spread 1 ½ cup cheese sauce. Repeat until 3 layers of noodles. Spray foil with v
