Air fry Lasagna

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 shallot, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lb. ground chicken
- 2 oz. chicken broth
- 24 oz. pasta sauce
- 1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- 30 oz. original ricotta cheese
- 4 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 XL egg
- 2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 9 pcs. oven ready lasagna
Meat sauce:
- Sauté garlic, shallot and ground chicken for 5 minutes until brown. Add chicken broth, pasta sauce and parsley. Simmer and cook for 5 minutes. Set it aside.
- In a bowl, combine 30 oz. ricotta cheese, 1 cup (4 oz.) mozzarella, egg and Parsley. Mix well and set it aside.
- Spread 1 ½ cup meat sauce in the bottom of 9x13 baking dish.
- Add 3 oven ready lasagna noodles, spread 1 cup meat sauce, sprinkle 1 cup mozzarella and spread 1 ½ cup cheese sauce.
- Repeat until 3 layers of noodles.
- Spray foil with vegetable oil to prevent sticking. Cover lasagna.
- Place the dish on Breville Smart Oven Air level 5. Air fry at 375F for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil and broil for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Let lasagna rest for 30 minutes before slicing.
- Enjoy.
