Air Fry Cinnamon Roll Author: Neliza Ly Bun Ingredients:  240 ml Milk (I use whole milk) 2 Large Eggs (beaten) 555 grams (4 ¼ cups) Bread Flour 60 grams (5 tbsp) Granulated sugar 10 grams (2 tsp) Salt 56 grams (4 tbsp) Unsalted Butter 6 grams (2 tsp) Fleischmann’s Instant Dry Yeast Cinnamon Mix: 120 grams (10 tbsp) Brown Sugar 8 grams (4 tsp) Cinnamon powder Milk for brushing Extra flour for sprinkling as needed Equipment: Breville Smart Oven Air Weighing scale Measuring spoon Measuring cup Bread Maker Instructions: Place all bun ingredients in a bread maker pan. Select dough setting. When cycle is completed (approx. 45 to 50 minutes), remove dough from pan. Sprinkle the work surface with flour. Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough into a rectangle. Brush the top with milk. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon powder and sprinkle on top. Roll the dough and seal firmly. Cut the dough into 16 equal pieces.   Air Fry Filipino Pandesal   Author: Neliza Ly Ingredients: Dough: 210 ml (1 cup) Warm Milk 1 large Egg 433 grams (3 1/3 cups) Bread Flour 50 grams (3 ½ tbsp) Granulated Sugar 5 grams (1 tsp) Salt 2 oz (4 tbsp) Unsalted butter, cut into small pieces 3 grams (1 tsp) Instant Dry Yeast (I use Fleischmann’s brand) Toppings: Bread Crumbs  Instructions: Place all dough ingredients in a bread maker in order.  Select dough setting. (approx.: 1 hour 30 minutes) When cycle is done, remove the dough from the pan. Divide the dough into 16 equal pieces and shape into a ball. Dip the top part into breadcrumbs. Place the dough in a pan lined with parchment paper. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and allow to rest for 20 to 30 minutes.  Remove the plastic wrap. Air fry at 330°F for 12 minutes until the top is golden brown. If you don’t have an air fryer, bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. Enjoy.

Air Fry Chocolate Cake Author: Neliza Ly Equipment: Breville Smart Oven Air Measuring spoon Measuring cup Weighing scale Bundt pan Ingredients: 135 grams All Purpose Flour ¾ tsp Baking powder ¼ tsp Baking soda ¼ tsp Salt 1 tsp Vanilla extract 32 grams Unsweetened cocoa 177 grams Granulated sugar 32 grams Vegetable oil ¼ cup Unsalted butter, room temperature ½ cup Whole milk ¼ cup Water 2 XL Eggs Instructions: In a large bowl, sift  the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cocoa, and sugar. Add butter and oil and mix at low speed for 2 minutes or more until the mixture looks sandy. In a separate bowl, combine vanilla, milk and water. Add to the dry ingredients and mix at low speed for 2 minutes. Add eggs and mix at medium speed for 3 minutes. Scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl and mix for 30 seconds. Air fry Pane Bianco By: Neliza Ly Equipment: Cuisinart Bread maker Breville Smart Oven Air Kitchen Shears Parchment Paper Ingredients: Dough: ½ cup warm whole milk 1/3 cup warm water 3 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. sugar 1 XL egg 3 cups Bread Flour 2 tsp. Instant yeast Filling: ¾ cup finely shredded Italian style cheese ½ cup California Sun dried tomatoes Julienne cut with herbs, drained oil 6 cloves garlic, minced 2 pieces black forest ham, slice thinly Directions Place dough ingredients in a bread pan. Set bread maker to dough setting. Gently deflate the dough. Flatten into a 22" x 8 1/2" rectangle. Sprinkle evenly with the cheese, garlic, tomatoes and ham. Airfryer Filipino Bake Siopao or Pandepao

My youngest son love the Airfryer version and my oldest son love the steamed version. I always make the 2 version everytime I make chicken bun. For the filling, I use the chicken bbq recipe from mama.My kids love their Grandma's chicken bbq. I use this bun recipe to make steam buns, donuts, butter roll and pandesal. For the  Filipino enseymada, I made slight changes on sugar and yeast. I've been using this recipe since 2012 and it always come out great.
