Air Fry Filipino Pandesal

Ingredients:
Dough:
- 210 ml (1 cup) Warm Milk
- 1 large Egg
- 433 grams (3 1/3 cups) Bread Flour
- 50 grams (3 ½ tbsp) Granulated Sugar
- 5 grams (1 tsp) Salt
- 2 oz (4 tbsp) Unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
- 3 grams (1 tsp) Instant Dry Yeast (I use Fleischmann’s brand)
- Bread Crumbs
- Place all dough ingredients in a bread maker in order. Select dough setting. (approx.: 1 hour 30 minutes)
- When cycle is done, remove the dough from the pan. Divide the dough into 16 equal pieces and shape into a ball. Dip the top part into breadcrumbs.
- Place the dough in a pan lined with parchment paper.
- Cover the dough with plastic wrap and allow to rest for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Remove the plastic wrap. Air fry at 330°F for 12 minutes until the top is golden brown. If you don’t have an air fryer, bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
