Air fry Filipino Pandesal

Ingredients:
Dough:
  • 210 ml (1 cup)warm Milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 433 grams (3 1/3 cups) Bread Flour
  • 50 grams (3 ½ tbsp.) Granulated Sugar
  • 5 grams (1 tsp.) salt
  • 2 oz. (4 tbsp.) Unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
  • 3 grams (1 tsp.) Instant Dry Yeast (I use Fleischmann’s brand)
Toppings:
  • Bread Crumbs 
Instructions:
  • Place all dough ingredients in a bread maker in order.  Select dough setting. (approx.: 1 hour 30 minutes)
  • When cycle is done, remove the dough from the pan. Divide the dough into 16 equal pieces and shape into a ball. Dip the top part into a breadcrumbs.
  • Place the dough in a pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Cover the dough with plastic wrap and allow to rest for 20 to 30 minutes. Remove the plastic wrap. 
  • Air fry at 330F for 12 minutes until the top looks brown. If you don’t have an air fryer, bake at 350F for 15 minutes.
  • Enjoy.
