Air Fry Chicken Legs with lemongrass

Equipment:
Ingredients:
  • 6 pieces Chicken Legs
  • 1 tsp Minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp Lemongrass, minced
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp Maggi seasoning
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Green onion or scallion
  • 1 tbsp Oil
Instructions:
  • Combine all the marinade ingredients. Place the chicken into a large slider bag. Pour the marinade over chicken and toss evenly. Marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Line pan with parchment paper. Air fry at 400° F for 35 - 40 minutes.
  • Enjoy.
