Air fry Chicken legs with lemongrass

Equipment:
Ingredients:
  • 6 pieces chicken legs
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp. lemongrass, minced
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp. maggi seasoning
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. green onion or scallion
  • 1 tbsp. oil
Instructions:
  • Combine all the marinade ingredients. Place chicken into a large slider bag. Pour the marinade over chicken and toss evenly. Marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Line pan with parchment paper. Air fry at 400 F for 35 - 40 minutes.
  • Enjoy.
