Instant Pot and Air fryer Roasted Pork Belly, Lechon Kawali or Thit Heo Quay

I usually make this roasted pork belly every other week. I tried boiling and steaming. Steaming retains more flavor than boiling. This is my favorite since I was a kid. My family loves the flavor and doesn't want me to make any changes on my recipe.   My air fryer blueberry lemon bundt cake is very yummy. We have a lot of blueberries and I decided to make a bundt cake whatever available ingredients I have at home. We love Muffin at home. I decided to try both All Purpose flour and cake flour and I noticed that cake flour is softer and taste better. I also tried to experiment with different temperature and time on the Air fryer to determine a better result. My kids love this blackberry muffin. I hope you guys will enjoy this recipe. I made different version of leche flan. This time I’m using lemon juice instead of lemon extract. This flan is tasty and not very sweet. I’ll post Pandan flan next time. I always make this Roasted Chicken for dinner. This is one of my favorite. It is very tasty. I can eat 2 leg quarter with rice. I usually double my recipe when I make this chicken. My husband loves this chicken aside from the other chicken that I also make all the time. Mama has a similar recipe but she use coco water. For the Air fryer , I try to avoid food with a lot of liquid. I will make the Instant Pot version of this next time.
