Air fry Orange Chiffon Cake – Breville Smart Oven Air Author: Neliza Ly Ingredients: 6 XL eggs, separated 110 grams cake flour 310 grams granulated sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. baking powder 1 tsp. vanilla extract 6 oz. orange juice (I use Aldi brand) 4 oz. vegetable oil ½ tsp. cream of tartar Instructions: Let eggs stand at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes. In a large bowl, combine and sift cake flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. In another bowl, combine egg yolks, vanilla extract, orange juice and vegetable oil. Whisk until blended then add to dry ingredients. Mix until well blended. Set the mixture aside. Use a clean mixer to whisk the egg whites until frothy. Add cream of tartar. Beat until stiff peak. Use a rubber spatula to fold 1/3 of the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture until well blended.  Fold the remaining egg whites until well blended. Pour the batter into an ungreased 10 inches bundt pan or tube pan. Drop the pan two times and run with bambo

Air fryer Chicken Cordon Bleu – Breville Smart Oven Air Author: Neliza Ly Equipment: KitchenAid Meat Tenderizer Breville Smart Oven Air Parchment Paper Plastic wrap Ingredients: 6 pieces chicken breast Salt and pepper 12 slices Swiss cheese 12 slices black forest ham (or any ham of your choice) 2 XL eggs ¼ cup milk 2 cups Italian style panko bread crumbs or 3 packets Great Value Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix Instructions: Wrap Chicken in a plastic wrap and pound to ¼ inch thickness. Lightly season chicken with salt and pepper. Place 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of Swiss cheese on top of the chicken and roll tightly. I use plastic wrap to roll each chicken. Place rolled chicken in the freezer for 20 minutes. This will help stays together without the need of toothpick. Whisk eggs and milk.
