Air fry Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies Author: Neliza Ly Equipment: Breville smart Oven Air Measuring spoon Measuring cup Weighing scale Stand Mixer Ingredients: 1 ½ cups (276 grams) packed brown sugar 2 tbsp. (30 ml) blackstrap molasses 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened 1 tsp. Vanilla extract 1 large egg 4 pack (115 grams) Instant oats original (I use Quaker brand) 1 ½ cups (198 grams) All Purpose flour 1 tsp. (3 grams) Baking soda 1 cup (175 grams) Chocolate Chips (I use Ghirardelli premium baking chocolate chips) Instructions: In a large bowl, mix brown sugar, blackstrap molasses and butter until blended. Beat in vanilla and egg until light and creamy. Add oats, all-purpose flour and baking soda and mix until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or freeze for 15 minutes. Scoop a tablespoon of dough onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper 2 inches apart. ( Set your Breville smart Oven air at 350F airfryer mode. Place pan at level 5 and air
