Air fry Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies


Air fry Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Equipment:
Ingredients:
  • 1 ½ cups (276 grams) packed brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. (30 ml) blackstrap molasses
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 4 pack (115 grams) Instant oats original (I use Quaker brand)
  • 1 ½ cups (198 grams) All Purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. (3 grams) Baking soda
  • 1 cup (175 grams) Chocolate Chips (I use Ghirardelli premium baking chocolate chips)
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, mix brown sugar, blackstrap molasses and butter until blended. Beat in vanilla and egg until light and creamy.
  • Add oats, all-purpose flour and baking soda and mix until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes or freeze for 15 minutes.
  • Scoop a tablespoon of dough onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper 2 inches apart. (
  • Set your Breville smart Oven air at 350F airfryer mode. Place pan at level 5 and air fry for 10 minutes.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before eating.
  • Enjoy.
Note: 
  • Cookies come out great if you freeze the dough for at least 15 minutes or refrigerate for 30 minutes before you air fry instead of baking/ air fry after mixing.
