Air Fryer Flounder Fillet with Parmesan Author: Neliza Ly Equipment Breville Smart Oven Air Ingredients 3 flounder fillets Salt and pepper, to taste ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese ⅓ cup Italian-style breadcrumbs 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted Instructions Season: Lightly season the flounder fillets with salt and pepper. Make Top Coating: In a small bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, Italian-style breadcrumbs, and melted butter until well mixed. Prep: Line a baking pan with parchment paper and place the fish fillets on top. Top: Evenly spread the breadcrumb mixture over each fillet. Cook: Air fry at 400°F for 12 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily and the top is golden and crispy. Serve: Serve hot and enjoy!

Air fryer donut

The dough that I use to make donut is the same dough that I use to make siopao, pandepao and pandesal since I got my Cuisinart Breadmaker in 2012. I tried also using water and milk. Milk works better and it is softer. Long time ago, I only use Almond milk because my son was allergic to milk and milk products, soy, sesame, nuts and tree nuts except for Almond. He was finally passed the soy and milk allergy trials last year from his Allergist. I tried different milk for the dough and it works great. I converted my recipe to air fryer. This is a great recipe and everybody loves it. I also share this recipe in the air fryer group maybe 6 months ago.
