  • Place dough ingredients in a bread pan. Set bread maker to dough setting.
  • Gently deflate the dough. Flatten into a 22" x 8 1/2" rectangle. Sprinkle evenly with the cheese, garlic, tomatoes and ham.
  • Air fry Pane Bianco
  • Starting with one long edge, roll the dough into a log. Pinch the edges to seal. Place the log seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Using kitchen shears, start 1 inch from one end and cut the log lengthwise down the center about 1 inch deep, to within 1 inch of the other end. Form an "S" shape. Tuck both ends under the center of the "S" pinch the ends together to seal.
  • Air fry Pane Bianco
  • Use a Proof option (80F) on Breville Smart Oven Air or let rise in a warm place until double. Usually 45 to 60 minutes.
  • Set Breville Smart Oven Air to Air fry mode at 350°F.
  • Airfry for 25 minutes, tenting it with foil after 10 minutes to prevent browning quickly.
  • Transfer bread to a wire rack to let it cool.
