Equipment:
Ingredients:
  • 2 unripe Plantain bananas
  • 1 Freshly squeezed lemon juice + 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 3 cups Cold water
Instructions:
  • Peel the plantains. Add the water and turmeric to a bowl and mix. Soak plantains for 10 minutes.
  • Pat dry and slice thinly (approximately 1/8"). Place the thin slices in the lemon juice to prevent browning.
  •  Spray the bananas with oil. Air fry at 350°F for 15 minutes . Don’t overcrowd the basket.
  • Air fry Banana Chips
  • Shake with sugar or dip in melted sugar, then store in an air tight container.
  • Enjoy.
