Air fry Banana Chips

Ingredients:
- 2 unripe plantain banana
- 1 freshly squeeze lemon juice + 1/2 cup water
- 2 tsp. turmeric powder
- 3 cup cold water
- Peel plantain. Add water and turmeric in a bowl and mix. Soak plantain for 10 minutes.
- Pat dry and slice thinly approximately 1/8" and placed it in the lemon juice to prevent browning.
- Spray banana with oil. Air fry at 350 F for 15 minutes . Don’t over crowd the banana.
- Shake with sugar or dip in melted sugar and store in Air tight container.
- Enjoy.
