Air Fry Banana Chips

Ingredients:
- 2 unripe Plantain bananas
- 1 Freshly squeezed lemon juice + 1/2 cup water
- 2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 3 cups Cold water
- Peel the plantains. Add the water and turmeric to a bowl and mix. Soak plantains for 10 minutes.
- Pat dry and slice thinly (approximately 1/8"). Place the thin slices in the lemon juice to prevent browning.
- Spray the bananas with oil. Air fry at 350°F for 15 minutes . Don’t overcrowd the basket.

- Shake with sugar or dip in melted sugar, then store in an air tight container.
- Enjoy.
