Air fry Lemongrass Pork chop

Ingredients:
- 4 pcs. Pork chop
- Marinade:
- 2 tbsp. lemon grass, minced
- 2 tbsp. garlic, minced
- 1 small shallot, minced
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp. fish sauce
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce or maggi seasoning
- 2 tbsp. honey or granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp. green onion/scallion
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients.
- Rinse pork chop and place into a large Ziploc. Pour the marinade over the pork and toss to evenly coat the pork. Marinate for at least 6 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Line airfryer mesh with parchment paper. Place the pork in the airfryer mesh.
- Set Breville Smart Oven Air to Air fry mode. Air fry at 400F for 20 minutes total, flip pork after 10 minutes.
- Let the pork rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with scallion oil if you like.
