Air fry Lemongrass Pork chop

Ingredients:

  • 4 pcs. Pork chop
  • Marinade:
  • 2 tbsp. lemon grass, minced
  • 2 tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 1 small shallot, minced
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp. fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce or maggi seasoning
  • 2 tbsp. honey or granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp. green onion/scallion
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients.
  • Lemongrass Pork chop
  • Rinse pork chop and place into a large Ziploc. Pour the marinade over the pork and toss to evenly coat the pork. Marinate for at least 6 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Line airfryer mesh with parchment paper.  Place the pork in the airfryer mesh.
  • Set Breville Smart Oven Air to Air fry mode. Air fry at 400F for 20 minutes total, flip pork after 10 minutes.
  • Let the pork rest for a few minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with scallion oil if you like.
  • Pork chop
