I usually make this roasted pork belly every other week. I tried boiling and steaming. Steaming retains more flavor than boiling. This is my favorite since I was a kid. My family loves the flavor and doesn't want me to make any changes on my recipe. Pork Belly 2 tsp. white sugar 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. five spice 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. maggi seasoning Other: 1 tsp. salt +1 tsp. vinegar - mix together (This well help dry the skin and make the skin crispy) Instructions: Mix all ingredients and season pork belly meat side only.
