Instant Pot Yellow Potatoes

Ingredients:
  • 5 medium size potatoes
  • 1 cup cold water

Instructions:
  • Clean potatoes and poke holes all over using fork.
  • Pour 1 cup of cold water into the Instant Pot.
  • Place the trivet and arrange the potatoes.
  • Set the Instant Pot to Manual Mode High Pressure for 15 minutes, 10 minutes NPR.
  • Serve hot with unsalted butter, salt & pepper and parsley.
  • Enjoy.

Air Fryer Rolled Flounder stuffed with mushroom and lemon

This is my favorite way of cooking for flounder fillet. Sometimes, I use spinach instead of mushroom. Crab meat is one of the best filling for flounder fillet. This way of cooking is very tasty. I always bring this to work for my 2 am dinner and eat it with rice. Airfryer Rolled Flounder stuffed with mushroom and lemon Author: Neliza Ly Equipment: Breville Smart Oven Air Go Wise  Ingredients: 4 Flounder fillet 125 grams Mushroom slices – grind into small pieces 1 tbsp. breadcrumbs 2 tbsp. green onion ½ lemon – juice 1/3 cup mayo Lemon zest from 1 lemon 1/8 tsp. paprika ½ lemon – juice Salt and pepper Instructions: In a small bowl, combine mushroom, bread crumbs, green onion and lemon juice. Mix well. In another bowl mix mayo, lemon zest, paprika and lemon juice. Season Flounder fillet with salt and pepper. Place fillet flat side up. Brush with mayo mixture. Spoon mushroom mixture in each fillet, spread evenly and roll each fillet like jelly roll.

  Air fry Filipino Pandesal   Author: Neliza Ly Ingredients: Dough: 210 ml (1 cup)warm Milk 1 large egg 433 grams (3 1/3 cups) Bread Flour 50 grams (3 ½ tbsp.) Granulated Sugar 5 grams (1 tsp.) salt 2 oz. (4 tbsp.) Unsalted butter, cut into small pieces 3 grams (1 tsp.) Instant Dry Yeast (I use Fleischmann’s brand) Toppings: Bread Crumbs  Instructions: Place all dough ingredients in a bread maker in order.  Select dough setting. (approx.: 1 hour 30 minutes) When cycle is done, remove the dough from the pan. Divide the dough into 16 equal pieces and shape into a ball. Dip the top part into a breadcrumbs. Place the dough in a pan lined with parchment paper. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and allow to rest for 20 to 30 minutes. Remove the plastic wrap.  Air fry at 330F for 12 minutes until the top looks brown. If you don’t have an air fryer, bake at 350F for 15 minutes. Enjoy.
