Instant Pot Yellow Potatoes

Ingredients:
  • 5 medium size potatoes
  • 1 cup cold water

Instructions:
  • Clean potatoes and poke holes all over using fork.
  • Pour 1 cup of cold water into the Instant Pot.
  • Place the trivet and arrange the potatoes.
  • Set the Instant Pot to Manual Mode High Pressure for 15 minutes, 10 minutes NPR.
  • Serve hot with unsalted butter, salt & pepper and parsley.
  • Enjoy.

I usually make this roasted pork belly every other week. I tried boiling and steaming. Steaming retains more flavor than boiling. This is my favorite since I was a kid. My family loves the flavor and doesn't want me to make any changes on my recipe.
