Air fry Pane Bianco By: Neliza Ly Equipment: Cuisinart Bread maker Breville Smart Oven Air Kitchen Shears Parchment Paper Ingredients: Dough: ½ cup warm whole milk 1/3 cup warm water 3 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. sugar 1 XL egg 3 cups Bread Flour 2 tsp. Instant yeast Filling: ¾ cup finely shredded Italian style cheese ½ cup California Sun dried tomatoes Julienne cut with herbs, drained oil 6 cloves garlic, minced 2 pieces black forest ham, slice thinly Directions Place dough ingredients in a bread pan. Set bread maker to dough setting. Gently deflate the dough. Flatten into a 22" x 8 1/2" rectangle. Sprinkle evenly with the cheese, garlic, tomatoes and ham. Starting with one long edge, roll the dough into a log. Pinch the edges to seal. Place the log seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
