Air fry Molasses Cookies
My son has iron defeciency anemia and we've been using black strap molasses for at least 5 years and it helps him a lot. No more blood transfusion or high doses of iron supplements. He takes molasses with his oats. He loves to eat cookies and molasses cookies is another way to supplement his iron. I also make biko (sweet rice) using blackstrap molasses and I will be posting that next time.
