Airfryer Crunchy Chickpeas or Garbanzos Author: Neliza Ly Ingredients: 2 cans – 15.5 oz. Great Value Chickpeas drained and rinse. ½ tsp. salt ½ tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. roasted garlic and herb seasoning (Weber brand) 1 tbsp. vegetable oil Instructions: In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Place the chickpeas in the Airfryer Basket. Air fry at 400F for 20 minutes based on Breville Smart Oven Air. Enjoy. Note: 15 minutes at 400 F is already crispy but I decided to go up to 20 minutes to achieve the crunchy texture that I like.

Instant pot and Air fryer Lemongrass Pork Ribs

Sorry, It took me a while to published another dish. I've been busy lately and not much time to check my blog. The weather is getting warm and I'm busy with my gardening. Instant pot and Air fryer Lemon grass Pork Ribs Author: Neliza Ly Ingredients: 6 lbs. Pork Spareribs - 1 rack 2 stalk lemon grass, grind (140 grams) 4 cloves garlic 1 shallot 3 tbsp. brown sugar 4 tbsp. honey 4 tbsp. soy sauce (I use maggi seasoning) 4 tbsp. fish sauce ½ tsp. black pepper corn, grind 1 tbsp. vegetable oil Instructions: Combine all ingredients. Mix in a processor or blender. Place ribs into a large ziploc bag. Pour 2/3 of marinade and toss to evenly coat the ribs. Marinate for at least 1 to 2 hours in the refrigerator. Save 1/3 of marinade for basting. Place 1 cup water into the Instant Pot. Place the trivet  and ribs into a pot. Set the Instant Pot on Manual mode, High Pressure for 18 minutes, 15 minutes NPR.  Add ½ cup of liquid from the Instant Pot and 2 tbsp. corns...
