Instant Pot Mashed Potatoes Author: Neliza Ly Equipment: Instant Pot Measuring spoon Measuring cup Ingredients: 8 medium russet potatoes, peeled and sliced 4 cups water to cover potatoes 2 tsp. salt, divided 4 tbsp. unsalted butter ¼ tsp. black pepper ½ tsp. garlic powder ½ cup warm milk Instructions: Place potatoes into the Instant Pot. Add 4 cups of water and 1 tsp. salt. Set the Instant Pot on Manual Mode, High Pressure for 8 minutes, Quick Release. Drain and return potatoes into the Instant Pot. Add the remaining 1 tsp. salt, unsalted butter, pepper, garlic powder and warm milk. Mash until smooth and creamy. Serve with parsley if desired.

This is our favorite cookies at home. Air fry Family’s Favorite Chocolate Cookies Author: Neliza Ly Equipment: Breville Smart Oven Air Measuring spoon Measuring cup Hand Mixer Ingredients: 1 cup + 2 tbsp. All Purpose Flour 2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder ½ tsp. baking soda ¼ tsp. salt 1 stick unsalted butter, soften ¾ cup brown sugar, packed 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 XL egg Instructions: Mix and sift flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt and set aside. Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add vanilla and egg and mix at low speed until incorporated. Add dry mixture and mix until blended. Scoop a tablespoon of cookie dough and place into a cookie sheet/pan lined with parchment paper. Set your Breville Smart Oven Air at 325F. Place your pan at air fryer level/level 3 and cook for 10 minutes. Let it cool for 2 to 5 minutes before eating. Enjoy.
