Air fry Chocolate Cake
This is my kids favorite chocolate cake. Air fry Chocolate Cake Author: Neliza Ly Equipment: Breville Smart Oven Air Measuring spoon Measuring cup Weighing scale Bundt pan Ingredients: 135 grams All Purpose Flour ¾ tsp. baking powder ¼ tsp. baking soda ¼ tsp. salt 32 grams unsweetened cocoa 177 grams granulated sugar ¼ cup unsalted butter, room temperature 32 grams vegetable oil 1 tsp. vanilla extract ½ cup whole milk ¼ cup water 2 XL eggs Instructions: In a large bowl, sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cocoa and sugar. Add butter and oil and mix at low speed for 2 minutes or more until the mixture looks sandy. In a separate bowl, combine vanilla, milk and water. Add to the dry ingredients and mix at low speed for 2 minutes. Add eggs and mix at medium speed for 3 minutes. Scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl and mix for 30 seconds.
