Air fry Flounder Fillet with Key lime and parmesan Author: Neliza Ly Equipment: Breville Smart Oven Air Ingredients: 3 flounder fillet Salt and pepper 1/3 cup parmesan 1/3 cup Italian style bread crumbs 4 tbsp. mayo 2 small key lime - juice Instructions: Season fish fillet with salt and pepper. Mix parmesan, bread crumbs, mayo and lime juice. Place fish fillet on a pan lined with parchment paper. Spread breadcrumbs mixture on top of fish fillet. Air fry fish fillet at 400F for 12 minutes. Enjoy.

Mix parmesan, bread crumbs and butter. Place fish fillet on a pan lined with parchment paper. Spread breadcrumbs mixture on top of fish fillet. Air fry fish fillet at 400F for 12 minutes. Enjoy.

Air fryer Rellenong Bangus or stuffed milk fish

This is one of my favorite food to make since I was a kid. When I was a young, we have a very large fish pond in the Philippines. Everytime we harvest milkfish, we usually send it to the fishing port, ship it to Manila and Cebu and save a lot for us and for our relatives. Rellenong bangus or stuffed milk fish is one of my favorite food to make. It is a lot of work but it is yummy. My mom usually like it with pineapple, chorizo or chinese sausage and slices of hard boiled eggs. I don't add it on mine because it's difficult for me to find chorizo in my area. Pineapple is okay I noticed it easily spoil the food if you keep it for a while. We also rub the skin with flour, coat the head opening with cornstarch and deep fried. The purpose of flour is to prevent splattering of oil and to make the skin crispy. Since I'm doing it on the air fryer, I need to cut the head and portion of the skin because it doesn't fit inside the air fryer basket and I don't rub it with flo...

Air Fryer Rolled Flounder stuffed with mushroom and lemon

This is my favorite way of cooking for flounder fillet. Sometimes, I use spinach instead of mushroom. Crab meat is one of the best filling for flounder fillet. This way of cooking is very tasty. I always bring this to work for my 2 am dinner and eat it with rice. Mix well. In another bowl mix mayo, lemon zest, paprika and lemon juice. Season Flounder fillet with salt and pepper. Place fillet flat side up. Brush with mayo mixture. This is my kids favorite salmon. Air fryer Parmesan Tamarind Salmon Author: Neliza Ly Ingredients: 500 grams. fresh salmon fillet 2 tbsp. mayonnaise 1 tsp. Grated parmesan cheese 1 tsp. Tamarind mix 1 tsp. garlic powder Sea salt Instructions: Rinse Salmon Fillet and pat dry. Season Salmon fillet with some sea salt. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, grated cheese, tamarind mix and garlic powder. Mix well and set aside. Line Airfryer with foil and perforated parchment paper . Place salmon on a perforated parchment paper . Brush the mayo mixture evenly over fillet using a silicone brush . Air fry salmon Fillet at 400F for 15 minutes. Enjoy.
