Equipment:
Ingredients:
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 shallot, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lb. ground chicken
  • 2 oz. chicken broth
  • 24 oz. pasta sauce
  • 1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
  • 30 oz. original ricotta cheese
  • 4 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 XL egg
  • 2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • 9 pcs. oven ready lasagna
Instructions:
Meat sauce:
  • Sauté garlic, shallot and ground chicken for 5 minutes until brown. Add chicken broth, pasta sauce and parsley. Simmer and cook for 5 minutes. Set it aside.
Cheese sauce:
  • In a bowl, combine 30 oz. ricotta cheese, 1 cup (4 oz.) mozzarella, egg and Parsley. Mix well and set it aside.
Lasagna:
  • Spread 1 ½ cup meat sauce in the bottom of 9x13 baking dish.
  • Add 3 oven ready lasagna noodles, spread 1 cup meat sauce, sprinkle 1 cup mozzarella and spread 1 ½ cup cheese sauce.
  • Repeat until 3 layers of noodles.
  • Spray foil with vegetable oil to prevent sticking. Cover lasagna. 
  • Place the dish on Breville Smart Oven Air level 5. Air fry at 375F for 45 minutes.
  • Remove foil and broil for 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Let lasagna rest for 30 minutes before slicing.
  • Enjoy.
